Order Manager Integration Terms of Use

The Order Manager QuickBooks Integration is a private internal application operated by Memorial Shop. It is intended only for Memorial Shop and personnel authorized by Memorial Shop.
Authorized use
The integration may be used only to transfer approved business information between Memorial Shop’s Order Manager system and its authorized QuickBooks Online company.
No public service
The integration is not offered for sale or general public use. No license is granted to copy, distribute, modify, resell, or provide the integration to another organization without written authorization from Memorial Shop.
User responsibilities
Authorized users are responsible for protecting login credentials, limiting access to authorized personnel, reviewing synchronized accounting records, and correcting inaccurate records when necessary.
Availability and accuracy
The integration is provided for internal business use. Memorial Shop does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every transfer will be error-free. Authorized personnel must review synchronization logs and QuickBooks records.
Third-party services
The integration communicates with QuickBooks Online. Use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit’s applicable terms and policies.
Termination
Memorial Shop may suspend or discontinue the integration at any time. The connection may also be removed through QuickBooks Online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Memorial Shop is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from interruption, configuration errors, or inaccurate source information.
