Memorial Shop operates the Order Manager QuickBooks Integration as a private internal business application.
Information processed
The integration may process customer and transaction information stored in Memorial Shop’s Order Manager system, including customer names, contact information, order information, invoice amounts, and payment information.
How information is used
This information is used only to create and maintain customers, invoices, and payment records in Memorial Shop’s QuickBooks Online account.
Information sharing
Information is transferred to Intuit QuickBooks Online for accounting and business-record purposes. The integration does not sell customer information or provide it to unrelated third parties.
Data storage and security
Authorization credentials and synchronization records are stored on systems controlled by Memorial Shop. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
Data retention
Business and accounting records are retained as required for Memorial Shop’s operational, accounting, and legal obligations.
Disconnecting the integration
An authorized administrator may disconnect the integration through QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting stops future transfers but does not automatically delete records previously created in QuickBooks Online.
